To pickup your rental car at Keflavik Airport just head to the Car Rental Shuttle Bus directly outside the terminal. This shuttle takes you to the car rental area just outside of Keflavik Airport. Here you will find Thrifty Car Rental, which is located in the same building as Hertz Car Rental, Dollar Car Rental, and Firefly Car Rental. Thrifty is backed by Hertz Car Rental, which has over 55 years of local experience in Iceland having first opened here in 1971. Bringing decades of experience.

Q: How Can I Cancel or Modify My Booking?
If you booked directly on thrifty.is, please email thrifty@thrifty.is with your name and booking number.
You can cancel up to the time your rental begins for Pay Later bookings, and up to 3 days before pick-up for Prepaid bookings (see Terms & Conditions).
Bookings made via third-party agents must be managed through their platform.
