Q: How Can I Cancel or Modify My Booking?
If you booked directly on thrifty.is, please email info@thrifty.is with your name and booking number.
You can cancel up to the time your rental begins for Pay Later bookings, and up to 3 days before pick-up for Prepaid bookings (see Terms & Conditions).
Bookings made via third-party agents must be managed through their platform.
