Free shuttle service at Thrifty Car Rental

Thrifty Car Rental Iceland offers free car rental shuttle service for all our customers arriving in Keflavik international airport. The shuttle service is available during opening hours and is available for both arriving and returning customers.

Opening hours in Keflavik are from 6 am to 6 pm every day.

Our friendly team member, easily identifiable by the Thrifty jacket and a sign, will swiftly pick you up from the arrivals area. We're genuinely excited to be a part of your Icelandic adventure and are here to ensure it's fantastic from the moment you arrive. See you soon!

• Upon Arrival: After customs, call us at the provided number for pickup
• Identifying Our Team: Look for our friendly team member in a Thrifty jacket holding a sign.
• Swift Service: Our team will swiftly transport you to our rental car center from the arrivals area.

There is no shuttle service in Reykjavík.

For out of hours returns:

• Park the Car: Park in the designated blue return spots outside the entrance.
• Drop Off Keys: Place the keys in the drop-off box located to the left of the return spots. Look for the sign marked "out-of-hours key drop-off."
• Get to the Airport: Call Airport Taxi at +354 420 1212 to arrange transport to the airport. Taxi fares range from €15-25 depending on the time and day.
